TourismX Launches Pan-African Video Awards to Celebrate Excellence in Destination and Travel Marketing
Johannesburg, South Africa - The TourismX Video Awards, a new pan-African awards programme recognising excellence in tourism promotion through compelling video storytelling, has been launched.
The Awards will showcase professionally produced promotional videos that inspire travel, celebrate destinations and highlight the diversity of tourism experiences across South Africa and the African continent.
The programme will feature competition across four principal segments, i.e., Destinations, Travel, Accommodation and Tourism Attractions, with winners recognised in both South African and African divisions. The Awards will culminate in the presentation of the prestigious TourismX Video of the Year Grand Prix Award.
The Awards taking place on 10 May 2027 in Durban on the sides of the African Travel Indaba (ATI)*, will announce winners from both the South African and African divisions and will culminate in the presentation of the prestigious TourismX Video of the Year Grand Prix Award.
